TRASH & BULK ITEMS
Regular household trash is collected, city-wide, every Wednesday. Household Trash must be placed in receptacles not to exceed 32 gallons in size and (50) fifty pounds in weight. No more than (4) four receptacles per residential dwelling unit, campground, or commercial property may be placed out at (1) one time.
Receptacles that have deteriorated to the extent of having jagged sharp edges capable of causing injuries to collectors or to others who may have to handle the same shall be removed by the collector and disposed of as refuse.
Up to two (2) items of bulk trash may be put out with your regular trash every week. The following items are generally accepted as household bulk items:
Furniture
Mattresses
Box Springs
Sinks
Commodes
Large Toys
Car Seats
Strollers
Carpeting that is rolled, tied and cut down to 4 foot lengths
White Goods ( Refrigerators and Freezers must have doors removed )
Small tied bundles of wood cut down to less than 4 feet in length weighing less than 30 pounds and tied.
Bulk Items must be under 8 feet in length and must be able to be safely lifted by 2 men.
The following items will not be collected:
Stone
Dirt
Broken Concrete and other like materials
Tile
Material from construction and / or demolition activity

Use their haul-away or pickup programs for console TV's of any size or tube TV's and monitors larger than 32" (A fee is applied. Please contact the local store for more information).
Goodwill Stores:
In addition, Dell Computer, in partnership with Goodwill Industries, accepts any brand of computer equipment in any condition free of charge, as well just about anything that can be connected to a computer. Goodwill also accept TVs in partnership with WM Recycle America. For more information on what's accepted, or to find a participating Goodwill location in your area, visit www.reconnectpartnership.com.
