New Jersey Statutes (N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133) defines the Core Duties of the Municipal Clerk as:
~Secretary of the Municipal Corporation ~Secretary to the Governing Body ~Chief Administrative Officer of all Elections held in the Municipality ~Chief Registrar of Voters ~Administrative Officer ~Records Coordinator and Manager ~Other Duties (that may be imposed by state statutes and regulations or municipal ordinances or resolutions)
The office of the City Clerk in Estell Manor is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm with additional evening hours on Wednesdays until 8:00pm. Our Office is responsible for all licensing (dogs, games of chance, etc), processing of OPRA requests (click image at right to download form) and many other administrative functions. Notary Public services are also available at the Clerk's office.

For questions related to absentee ballots (civilian and military) or voting by messenger for disabled voters, please call the Atlantic County Clerk's Office at 609-625-4011.
For questions related to voter registration, please call the Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections Office at 609-645-5882.
