The City of Estell Manor has awarded a Contract at a meeting held on September 9, 2026 for Services as follows:
- Website Design and Services – GovPilot LLC of Hoboken, NJ – not to exceed $6,500.00
This contract and the resolution authorizing it are on file and available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk, 148 Cumberland Avenue, Estell Manor, NJ.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 380 TITLED “ZONING,” OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ESTELL MANOR TO DEFINE DATA CENTERS AND EXPRESSLY PROHIBIT DATA CENTERS IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY
The above Ordinance was introduced and passed on its first reading at a meeting of the Council of the City of Estell Manor held September 9, 2026 and is scheduled for a second reading and public hearing and adoption at a meeting of said Council to be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in Council Chambers, 148 Cumberland Ave., Estell Manor, NJ. Said Ordinance is posted in the Municipal Building and full copies may be obtained by the general public from the office of the Municipal Clerk.
